One of our most recognizable and cherished natives, this wildflower is easily grown and tolerates difficult conditions such as heat, humidity and some drought. Butterflies are attracted to the cheery, golden yellow flowers that bloom throughout the summer.  Birds relish the seeds. 2-3 ft. tall, 2 ft. spread.
