A short native wildflower that blooms mid spring with white blooms reminiscent of the shape of bleeding hearts. The flowers are pollinated by Queen Bumblebees. Most often found in deciduous forests, this plant prefers shaded areas and soil that is loose and organic. This would be a great addition to a woodland garden.
