This charming species is often seen in extensive colonies along roadsides and in old fields. Lanceleaf Coreopsis is a sunny addition to the garden or a naturalized meadow, attracting several pollinators. Best grown in naturalized in native wildflower gardens, meadows or prairies. Effective in plant bed borders. Tolerant of Heat, Humidity and Drought. Deer Tolerant. Drought tolerant but is not a reliably perennial. However it self-sows readily.
