This is a popular and easy to grow native perennial that provides loads of summer color in your garden. Long-lasting, pinkish-purple blooms are borne atop erect stems of coarse, dark green leaves. Rich in nectar, these gorgeous flowers will attract many different species of pollinators and will provide seeds for songbirds and small mammals later in the season. A stunning addition when massed in butterfly, native, wildflower, cottage and rock gardens. Deer, drought, clay soil, dry Soil and shallow-rocky soil tolerant.
