Horsetail Rush is a vigorous, evergreen perennial that provides striking vertical interest, especially during winter months. A survivor of the Carboniferous Age, this non-flowering plant reproduces by spore and is probably one of the most ancient living genus of vascular plants. Use as a backdrop in a water garden or in a wet site where nothing else will grow. Requires very little care and is virtually disease and pest free.
