FLOWERS: Soft reddish-purple blooms July to August

WILDLIFE: Birds and other wildlife consume seed

LARVAL HOST TO: Zabulon Skipper

ZONE: 5-9

Ornamental Grass. Plant in groups or mass in borders. Blooms are excellent for dried flower arrangements. Poor soil, Drought, Black Walnut and Air Pollution Tolerant.
